Something for EVERYONE at The Life Church

Prayer

Every week we spend some time in corporate prayer as a church body. If you should need special prayer for anything, please do not hesitate to contact Pastors Luke and Shawna. They would be happy to meet with you to bring your need before God

Translation

We have a large population of Spanish-speaking people in our church family, so regularily worship in both Spanish and English. Spanish translation is provided for each sermon via discreet ear-pieces. 

Children

We love seeing kids enjoy coming to church and loving God! We have age-specific preschool and school-age classes for children 2-11. Everything we do in our children’s ministry is focused on bringing children to a relationship with Jesus at an early age.

Youth

The Life Church-Avenal is devoted to reaching teenagers and helping them build lives that are strong and thriving in every area. We believe that God wants the Church to be full of young people who love Him. Twice a month, we have classes just for teenagers that are fun, inspiring and powerful.

Music

Our worship band is passionate about leading us in praise and worship to God on a weekly basis. We sing popular contemporary worship songs and also write some of our own music. Feel free to lift your hands, sing exurberantly, and experience the presence of God with us!

Community Service

If you are in need of community service hours, we have all kinds of positions to be filled by enthusiastic volunteers.
